Thousands upon thousands of game ideas are hidden within the depths of his brain. Playing any and all genres, Elbert knows his games. Optimism and Dedication is crucial to Elbert, he always sees problems as challenges, facing adversity as a way of growth of one's character, for him nothing is impossible.

Teamwork for Elbert is paramount, he has lead many a battle of miscommunication, internal disputes. He is the mediator to the team, the neutral person who would help steer the group to a understanding and compromise.
